DMCA Policy
Last updated:
IPTV USA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available through our website or service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (see section 4).
To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the channel name, program title, date and time, or URL;
- your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. What we do when we receive a notice
When we receive a valid notice, we will:
- review it promptly;
- remove or disable access to the material identified, where appropriate;
- make reasonable efforts to inform any affected user;
- keep a record of the notice.
Notices that do not include the required information may not be acted on. We may ask you for additional details.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which IPTV USA may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they inform us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
4. Designated copyright agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices by email to our designated agent:
- Name: IPTV USA – Copyright Agent
- Email: support@iptvusaofficial.us
Please use the subject line “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice” so your message reaches the right person quickly. This address is only for copyright matters; other messages sent here will not receive a reply.
5. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeatedly the subject of valid infringement notices.
6. False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please make sure your claim is accurate before sending a notice. If you are unsure whether your rights are being infringed, consider seeking legal advice first.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
